Brief History of Dallas Green Alliance

Since 2014, the Dallas Green Alliance has led on efforts to stop the Trinity Toll Road--a development project in a sensitive floodplain that would have cost the city both economically and environmentally for decades.
We supported and helped elect council members to the City of Dallas that struck down the proposal in 2017.
We continue to work on quality of life and environmental issues that affect Dallas residents where they live, work and play.

Our Mission

Create a greener, more livable city through local advocacy and increased civic-engagement in Dallas.

The Dallas Green Alliance PAC was the single most successful ‘green’ foray into Dallas City Council elections, raising more money and influencing more races in 2015 than any previous effort - by far.
